Shipping policy

At Orchids In Print, we have an array of products available, that have named images of beautiful orchids on them. They will be great gifts for your family and friends who grow, or love orchids, or just love beautiful flowers.

Remember to make your purchases at least 14 days prior to your required date.

In countries where our suppliers have printing facilities, the expected delivery time is 3 to 14 days. In countries where our suppliers do not have printing facilities, it may take 3 to 21 days. (please see list of countries with printing facilites below)

Please be aware, that when you place and order for multiple products, the products may come from different suppliers and different locations. This means your purchases may arrive in more than one delivery, on different days.

After you add your details to the shopping cart, you will be able to see the estimated delivery time in the checkout page, prior to payment.

One of the big issues when purchasing gifts for your family and friends, is will the gifts arrive on time.

At Orchids In Print, we select supplying partners who focus on quality products at reasonable pricing, and who have a focus on the environment and sustainability, and have production facilities around the world.

As a result of this, our suppliers have over 120 production facilities in 33 countries and growing. As an example, one supplier has 18 production facilities in the USA alone. (Please see the list below)

How does having production facilities in so many countries affect you?

1. Less distance to transport, is more friendly to the environment.
2. More convenient to you, through faster delivery.
3. Significant reduction in impacts on deliveries by weather, industrial action, outside influences, etc.
4. Peace of mind for you, knowing that your order will arrive on time.

We try to find the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination. 
There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience. For this reason, we can only approximate the delivery date.

We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfilment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfilment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
